My stay at Wyndham Residences The Palm was fantastic overall, but I did run into a few bumps along the way. The room was lovely and spacious with a great view, but there were some maintenance issues. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which definitely made up for some of the downsides.

The service from the staff was excellent. They were super polite and attentive, especially Rs. Akbar and Surendra, who really took care of us. However, I did feel that the response regarding certain issues, such as the pest control, was not handled as carefully as it should have been.
